Our specialist will review your radiographs and complete a report that will be forwarded to you with your invoice.  There is a charge for radiograph reviews.  If you would like more details please contact us directly.

We will not contact the client to book a procedure unless you have requested us to do so. If your radiographs were sent by mail or courier we will mail them back to you once the review has been completed.

Referral Process

West Coast Veterinary Dental Services (WCVDS) is a referral based speciality hospital. If you would like to have a patient seen by one of our dental specialists, please email, fax or mail in a completed copy of our referral form. See the link below to download our referral form. If you have taken any radiographs, or have done any blood work, please note it on the referral form and send it along with the referral, and any related history. You can either have the radiographs couriered, mailed, brought in by clients, or emailed to us at team@wcvds.ca

Once the referral has been received, our staff will contact the pet’s owners and set up the consultation and procedure, which are typically done on the same day. Normally we do our consultations at the beginning of the day and begin procedures mid-morning. All patients go home the same day unless otherwise arranged.
