For Veterinarians: Referral Process
West Coast Veterinary Dental Services (WCVDS) is a referral based speciality hospital. If you would like to have a patient seen by one of our dental specialists, please fax or mail in a completed copy of our referral form. See the link below to download our referral form. If you have taken any radiographs, or have done any blood work note it on the referral form along with related history and send it with the referral. You can either have the radiographs couriered, mailed, brought in by clients, or emailed to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Once the referral has been received, our staff will contact the pet’s owners and set up the consultation and procedure, which are typically done on the same day. Normally we do our consultations at the beginning of the day and begin procedures mid-morning. All patients go home the same day unless otherwise arranged.
Our doctors will prepare a complete post-operative report that will be faxed to your clinic within 3 business days. If you have further questions, please feel free to contact us.
For Veterinarians: Radiograph Reviews
